During your consultation, we’ll discuss your skin goals, assess your skin type, and decide on the most suitable peel for you. Chemical peels are suitable for most skin types and anyone looking to refresh, rejuvenate, and target specific skin concerns. They are especially beneficial if you want visible results with minimal downtime. Your consultation will ensure the treatment is tailored safely to your individual skin. We can provide chemical peel treatments on clients aged 14 plus. What to Expect: Consultation: We’ll assess your skin and choose the best peel for your needs. Treatment: The peel solution is applied to exfoliate and stimulate cell turnover. You may feel mild tingling or warmth, which is completely normal. Aftercare: Some redness or light peeling can occur as your skin renews. You’ll be given personalised aftercare advice to protect your results. Treatment Plan: You are able to do chemical peels as on one off treatments in order to achieve that 'glass skin' look for events. For the best results, it is recommended to have a course of three peels, spaced one week apart. After this initial course, a maintenance peel every 28 days is advised to align with your skin’s natural renewal cycle and maintain your results.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations If you wish to cancel or move your appointment, I kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee of £25 will be due. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require the full appointment price. I am self employed & this is my livelihood. I completely appreciate unexpected circumstances arise but I need a policy in place that protects myself at all costs. Lateness Policy If for any reason you are running late for your appointment, please call Ellie on 07783047735. I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other client scheduled that day. The lateness of 15 minutes or more the treatment will be shortened (if this is possible.. Lash lifts & brow appointments will not be able to be shortened) & the full treatment price will still be required. No Shows Suppose you do not show up to your appointment. In that case the full appointment value will be expected to be paid. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting Ellie, you will not be able to schedule future appointments. Skin Testing If a skin test is required for your appointment and you fail to have one done, we have no choice but to cancel your appointment. Skin tests must be carried out 48 hours or before your appointment. At BMS Therapies, we insist on following the manufacturers’ rules and regulations that supply our colour for your own safety and well-being. It is very rare for a reaction to occur. Still, if it can be very severe and can even cause hospitalisation, I will not take this risk. Gift Vouchers No refunds will be given for gift voucher purchases. Gift vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Gift vouchers are redeemable in-salon only against products and services. If change is required, this will be given in the form of a credit on your salon profile to be redeemed on your next visit. If you do not use your voucher within 12 months from purchase date your voucher will be VOID & will no longer be able to use. Gift Vouchers – T’s & C’s Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase and can not be used after that date. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
